Cindy Miller earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas and an MBA from Binghamton University. She is a licensed CPA in New York, Nevada, and California. She holds Series 7, 26, and 63 securities licenses as well as a life, accident, and health insurance license. Cindy is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the National Association of Tax Professionals. Her experience includes more than 25 years in public accounting working with businesses of all sizes. She has held executive positions in private corporations as well as management positions in public accounting firms. As an adjunct faculty member, she has taught college students in business courses in areas such as accounting, management, and computer science. Her services include tax planning and preparation, auditing, budgeting, business consulting, and general accounting for various businesses and nonprofit organizations. Cindy Miller is Chairman of the Board of Family Enrichment Network and on a member of the Johnson City Sertoma Club. |

Jeffrey Miller holds Series 6 and 63 securities licenses as well as a life, accident, and health insurance license. He oversees the operations of the office along with preparing tax returns and providing financial services to our client base. Jeffrey’s experience includes over 30 years in sales and the construction industry. He is a former President and current member of the Board of Directors for the Johnson City Sertoma Club. |

Jessica Farley is completing her Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting at Binghamton University and will be continuing her studies as a graduate student there. She assists in the preparation of audits, reviews, compilations and tax returns. Jessica prepares financial statements, sales tax reports, and payroll tax reports for our accounting clients. |

Mary Gerken works with our accounting clients providing bookkeeping services including invoicing, bill payments, payroll and bank reconciliations. Mary also performs administrative duties within the office including communications, marketing and monitoring deadlines for our clients. |
